Seel was drawn by Jose, and lets just say you would have to be a little bit crazy to think it was his best work. Overall the Pokémon is decent, minus the back end that is crammed onto the post-it note. The shape is alright and the mouth is very well done while the eyes struggle a tiny bit. Seel was a transition Pokémon for Jose, as he moved toward better drawing overall.
